When i realized Kasumi was raped because Seiichi betrayed Kyouji; his childhood friend… i felt like it evened out. If Seiichi wasn’t such a two-face and was actually a good friend- his little sister would still have her virginity. He may not have had any interest in Kasumi before Kouji asked about confessing in the first place.. which made me feel like what happened was kinda well deserved to Seiichi. I just felt bad for Kasumi because she had no clue why she was raped and why it was her brother’s best friend who was raping her…but its because Kyouji had liked her all this time and Seiichi betrayed him- so Kyouji just took revenge from his best friend’s betrayal. So all in all…i think it ended fine.
Let me deny why your reasoning is wrong. Kasumi and Seiichi are both siblings and at the of Ep1 Scene1, she was happy. At the end of Ep2 Scene1, when Kyouji raped Kasumi , she looked as if she was going to break and probably felt corrupted. There was little to no love involved in the rape. Also Kyouji had no relationship/friendship toward Kasumi prior to his attack. There was justification toward his rape, since all he wanted was sex and not a loving bond.
In addition: Rapist have a narrow-view and a strict mindset in justifying all their actions as right. They throw all humanity and basic reasoning to get what they want, and that is either their target and/or sex.
