For those that wants to help, please answer 3 simple quesitons.
1. Do you know where to get SUB/RAW hentai for download?
2. Do you know how to encode MKV file to AVI or MP4 with subtitle intact?
3. Do you know how to upload to video sharing site?
If you don’t know how to do some of the questions above then here’s how you do it.
1. Find the hentai you want to fix here and search on google “{The Hentai you chosen} English subbed”. Make sure the hentai you have chosen is not taken by other who wants to help below. If you find hentai in MKV format then you have to encode/convert them to AVI or MP4 in other to keep the sub intact, otherwise if it’s AVI or MP4 and it’s already subbed then you can just upload it to your favorite video streaming site.
2. To encode MKV video with sub title intact read this.
3. Here are some site you can upload to: Userporn.com, Megavideo.com(make sure to set it to private), Spankwire, or Slutload.
Please comment below on which one your going to be fixing so other don’t upload the same hentai.
You can also earn some money if you do the following:
Upload to site like Userporn or any other site that’ll pay you for 10000 video view. Add a download link to each video you fix from site like Fileserve, Wupload, Hotfile.

Here’s a list of down hentai, but you have to double check to see if it’s really down…

To download RAW/SUB hentai just google search the hentai name and add download or torrent to your search. Because i don’t have a fixed source for hentai download.
To encode MKV hentai you have downloaded that has softsub subtitle already, then you can follow this instruction here.
For uploading, you have to create a account on sites like slutload.com or fapdu.com and just click upload and select your file.
And here’s how you add the video to the site, just copy the embed code of the video and post it on the site. http://hentai.animestigma.com/how-to-add-episode/

You should try uploading to userporn since i have a script to bypass the limit. Also only upload ep3-4 since 1-2 already have another source for the sub version.

for now im going to fund a big donation for ToT for bringing this site back up and healthy.
anyways im guessing it will be good if some1 can host an index site with all the videos categorized by date whenever the ending of the month from the videos are done we get that batch and 1 hyper link to get all the videos downloaded in a torrent / and whenever something new is inserted , utorrent wont download the same file but will tick on the new ones automatically thats my guessing.
i believe its best to have backup from dedicated users who we can trust , we need backup we dont know whats coming in the later years.

i used to use a software to embend me the subtitles and encode easier imm guessing its avs4you , that was the fastest for me , and i remember benchmarking it with ubuntu to see how fast is which , and it was nearly the same.

No, let me try to explain it more clearly. You do need to signup for fapdu or slutload to upload your video to those site to get the video code needed to post on this site. But if you want, you can just find the episode that other people have already uploaded and just post the embed code when you sign up on this site.

hey tot ok i some what know how to edit and upload vids. i make amvs on youtube with my windows movie maker. i am willing to try and get some vids. heres the thing i dont quite under stand how to add vids to the site you have a different way of doing it. i have read the guide and still dont get it. i only know of one site the lets me upload vids its xanga.com not for sure if i can share vids from there i also use a video downloader that rips any streaming vids and converts to a format that i pick. i mostly use mp4 cuz it play just about every where plz email me or contact me on facebook same name and pic also plz let me know if its you ToT thx.
