I haven’t watched the subbed version yet which I believe someone already subbed but from what I can make out, starting off where RinSen ended off, the MC, Ebihara, finds out that her fiance (that ditched her in RinSen) was that the group seminar in RanSem. So basically, goes there and ends up having to go through all the rape to rank up classes to see him and does in the end with him having sex with Okita, the other teacher from RinSen. Basically the same thing Riko did to go find Ana in RanSem.
