Like I said, the source manga ended with the previous episode so if they wanted to continue the NTR, they had to create their own. It would had been weird to do the prequel, as the prequel is a harem (the opposite of NTR) and would had been strange for a 2nd episode of an NTR series. Besides, they already made the cat-bitch president a virgin in episode 1, which she definitely wasn’t in the manga as her boyfriend already fucked her brains out during the harem segment.
Anyways, many parts didn’t feel like a Carn NTR but good episode. The only problem was that the guys were too normal looking, meaning this could count as Netori for some people.
