I agree. Its been so monotone, every hentai is the same. Same stories and scenes, just replaced by different characters. Thats how it feels to me.
That’s because every h-movie nowadays are just pure gonzo movies with no story or content. If we don’t get invested at least a little bit in the characters it gets boring as hell.
Agreed. Vanilla, harem, and other “normal” hentai are boring. In fact, anything not NTR, rape, fat ugly old men, monster, bestiality, or other fetishes or boring. Live-action porn is boring, don’t know how people can stand watching that same shit over and over again.

I used to be perfectly content watching “normal” porn, but as the years flew by it just wasn’t enough anymore, as i’m sure it is with a lot of people. After a while you just start watching weirder and weirder shit. It actually reminds me of an old South Park episode from years ago where one of the main characters dads’ had the same problem. It’s an interesting phenomenon.
Try watching old-school porn from the 70′s (from France too), at least back then most of the actors had fun doing their scenes. Nowadays it’s just like watching robots fuck, with artificial moans, mechanical movements & silicone bodies.
On top 90% of real porn & hentai is ‘humiliation-sex’ which is trite and on top lazy executed, I can’t watch that shit anymore. Porn is more telling about how fucked-up the world is.
Agree, femdom is seriously under-represented in h-animes, I can’t see those smug faces of those men anymore (always drawn the same anyway), and then the woman gets depraved and wants more yadda, yadda, yadda.. Even the voice-acting and dialogue hasn’t changed in all those years, that I don’t need the subtitles anymore since its the same plot over and over again.
Most jarring are the lack of even basic storylines today. There’s a reason why the H-novels and games are still very popular, and why the best h-animes are mostly adaptions of said h-games.
The other turn-off is of course the animation quality, which has been declining since the 99′s. But it has become so bad that not only do the characters all look like cut-out designs, and most cycles consist of only 7 drawings. But what baffles me (and amuses at the same time) is that lot of animations like the ‘breasts’ move wrong. Most of the times it looks like they move backwards in the opposite direction, it’s actually easy to fix, but the studios became so sloppy that they don’t even see those mistakes anymore, which is a disgrace to all the great pervy animators in the past.
ok, i’m not very serious here, but you get my point.
So yeah, you should support the quality hentais (buy dvds, blurays), where you can see that they made an effort in any of those areas.
I agree, there is also not much girl on girl action, in any case rigth now the plot is non exixtant or feels spot, a series like bible black that had at least a impression of a plot, and a wide range of scenes from rape to girl on girl to vanilla
but that probably requires an actual effort, rigth now h-anime if 3 scenes are present , all of those are the same type

That depends to what are you into, I mean, for me NTR theme H anime is much more awkward, especially the cheating thing. Rather have something to watch at least with pleasure than self-torture
